EXERCISE: RECOGNIZING YOUR CONTEXTUAL CHANGE

List below the changes that have taken plance in your life over the past 6 months. Changes can be great or small and you can experience them as positive or negative. You may have had a promotion at work (a large positive change), or you may have been laid off (a large negative change), you might have remodeled a room in your house (a small positive change), or you may have gotten shorted by a few dollars on a paycheck for one pay period (a small negative change).

In the last 6 months? I have moved from my "secure" world on Surrey/Lower Mainland living to the vicarious life of Nanaimo - no job - no way of incoming income and a deteriorating relationship with my Father. I have been trying to hold my head up - But alas - it's hard.
